If you submit a payment that requires a probable refund (such as a Security Deposit), you will NOT be charged any fees when we process a refund and you used one of the above methods (Zelle, Venmo or Cash App). Please ensure you identify your payment with your reservation ID, arrive & departure dates and the home you selected; this information can be found on your original confirmation.
