Are linens and towels included?

  • We provide a complete 'home from home' experience. All towels and linens are provided. There are two sets of fresh linens provided for each bed. Towels are also supplied, with two to three of each type being provided for the home's respective maximum occupancy.

How much is required to secure the reservation?

  • To secure a reservation at one of our homes, you will be required to pay a 25% deposit.

When is the balance due?

  • The balance will be due 65 days prior to your arrival date.

Why do you charge a security deposit?

  • A security deposit is charged as a guest incentive to take care of the home. The security deposit is due 14 days prior to arrival and returned to you within 24 hours of departure subject to clear check-out (no damages).

How close are your homes to Disney?

  • All are homes are typically within 15 minutes of one of the main Disney theme parks (Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios).

How many cars can I park at the home?

  • It will vary from home to home, please see details for your chosen home. All homes have parking for multiple vehicles and there is overflow parking within the resort complex too.

How do I make a reservation?

  • Just visit the Properties page and click on the respective book now link.

What amenities does the home have?

  • All our homes are located with upscale resort based communities. Each home has a private swimming pool, full kitchen facilities and laundry equipment and much more. You are assured of a genuine home from home experience. The resorts all have large community swimming pools, fitness centers and 24 x 7 gate guard security. When you click on the 'Book Now' link, you will see full details.

Is the home in a secure community?

  • Yes, all homes are located in secure communities with 24 x 7 gate guard security.

What items are provided upon arrival?

  • Each home has (as a minimum) one soap bar and a roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom, one trash liner, 2 dishwasher tabs and a paper towel roll as complimentary starter items for each booking party. Once these items are used, it is the guest's responsibility to replenish them.

Is the home cleaned daily?

  • Each home is fully cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. Housekeeping services are not offered daily. However, if you require a mid-stay clean, this can be arranged as an additional cost option.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • The earliest check-in time is 4 pm on your arrival date. The latest check-out time is 10 am on your departure date.

Are the pictures shown those of the actual home?

  • Yes (unless stated otherwise), all pictures are of the actual home. Some furnishings and bed coverings may change and homes are typically re-photographed every 2 years.

Is transportation available to the attractions?

  • Since Orlando's top attractions are large and spread out, many Florida visitors elect to rent a vehicle while on vacation. Some communities offer shuttle transportation, but this is not complimentary. You can also use a ride sharing service such as Uber or Lyft.

Where can I buy attraction tickets?

Is pool heat included?

  • Yes, all our homes include pool heat. It is mandatory for all homes, as pool heat is provided all year round. Heat is required to use the included in ground hot tub spa that installed at most of our homes.

Is a BBQ grill included?

  • A cast iron BBQ grill is optional at all our homes. You can hire a Blackstone 2 burner propane grill for a single payment of $99.95 (includes grill delivery, gas and cleaning). The grill will be placed for you on a fireproof grill mat. Utensils and tools are provided. The grill provided is as shown in this picture.

How do I cancel a reservation?

  • Yes, all homes are non-smoking

Do your properties come with full-size kitchens?

  • Yes, all of our homes come with a fully-equipped, full-size kitchen. Appliances include a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and coffee maker, in addition to an assortment of pans and flat-ware/cutlery.

Is parking available for RV's or trailers?

  • No, sorry. Please get in touch for details of nearby trailer and RV parks.

Are payment plans available?

  • Yes, once we have received the 25% deposit, you can then set-up a payment plan to pay monthly or at a frequency that is convenient for you. The balance must still be paid by the due date (65 days before arrival) and there may be a $75 administration fee to set-up the schedule for you.

When will I get instructions for accessing the home?

  • Final instructions are sent 14 days prior to arrival upon receipt of your returnable security deposit. Final instructions are sent via email and contain the access code for the home, a copy of the home manual, guidelines for the community, the address and directions. Information included with your final instructions may vary depending on which home you have reserved.
