| Deposit
|
20% of final balance to reserve. Balance payable 8 weeks prior
to arrival.

| Payment
|
Payment can be made via
PayPal,
Bank Wire or Check. Credit Card payments in equivalent GBP (Sterling) amount only at prevailing rate.
NOTE: Pool heat charged at $35.00 per day.

| Taxes
|
All rates quoted above are exclusive of state and county taxes.
Please add 12% sales tax.

| Security Deposit
|
Security Deposit (payable 14 days prior to arrival and returned after departure)
$500 USD or £300 GBP.
|
| Cancellation
|
6-8 weeks prior: 50% of rental charge, 4-6 weeks prior: 75%
of rental charge, up to 4 weeks prior: 100% of rental charge. 80% refund if cancellation made more than 8 weeks
prior to schedule arrival date and full balance has been paid.
