Tasha Simmons (Orange Lake, FL) The house was very nice my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The house is beautifully decorated and was very well stocked with appliances, baby toys, linens, silverware, plates, etc. I was impressed. The house exceeded my expectations. My son is 5 and he loved the pool and the playground at the club house. My family and I are seriously thinking about doing this again next year. There were no damages. We had a absolute ball. We are looking forward to renting from you next year but also will need another home as well hopefully next door or not too far. The property manger on a scale 1 to 10 is a 20 he was awesome!!!! Very attentive - We had a few sugar ants he was there on the spot. We arrived a little early and he came to let us in (which was nice because we were tired from the drive). Our experience was a vacation to remember. Your responsiveness and service-oriented focus is much appreciated. The house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and the towels and bed linens were adequate for our needs (there were 15 of us staying in the house). The children especially loved the pool and hot tub and the game room. We all had a great time using those facilities. The children also spent an afternoon at the climbing structure near the club house. Your instructions were right on and everything worked as described. Well, I must say that everyone had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the home. It was very accomodating for the 15 of us and allowed plenty of space for "alone time" when needed. The house was everything expected and more. My four grandkids had a ball in the pool, gameroom, etc. The accomodations were great--12 people very comfortable--and so was the location. It was quiet, but close to everthing--shopping, Disney, etc. We enjoyed our meals in the house, on the patio, etc, and utilized the barbeque. The adults especially enjoyed the pool and spa--after the kids went to sleep.
